Before you invoice
01How is tax calculated?
Per line. Each item's gross is reduced by its discount, and the tax rate applies to what remains. Every line is rounded to two decimals before anything is summed, so the printed line amounts always add up to the printed total. Tax is then grouped by rate on the document.
02Where does my logo go?
It is read on your device with the browser's file reader and held in the page while you work — it appears in the document header and in the PDF. It is never uploaded, and it disappears when you close the tab.
03Which currencies are supported?
US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Indian Rupee, UAE Dirham, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar and Singapore Dollar. The symbol appears inside the price fields as well as on the document.
04What if the invoice runs past one page?
It paginates properly. Items are split between pages on row boundaries, the column headers repeat at the top of each continuation page, and every sheet is numbered “Page 2 of 3”.
05Does the PDF match what I see?
Exactly. The preview, the printed sheet and the PDF are all generated from the same page — there is no second template that could drift out of step.
